R&A OFFER OUR CLIENTS THE FOLLOWING ASSISTANCE:

BEFORE THE EXHIBITION: 

• Assistance from DTI
  
  R&A offer valuable service to companies in all industries by facilitating financial assistance to various schemes offered by the Department of Trade and Industry.
  
  The purpose of this assistance under the EMIA scheme is to partially compensate exporters for cost incurred in respect of activities aimed at developing export markets for South African products and services.
  
  When we are appointed as your agent at the DTI and authorized to act on your behalf we undertake the following:
• Evaluate your company’s product and services and advise you on the most    suitable exhibition or Trade Fair. 
• Prepare the required International Marketing plan and all the documentation required by DTI on your behalf. 
• We will ensure that all the applications and claims are completed correctly and accurately.  It is important that all the information supplied must be accurate, and not speculative or misleading, which may delay the decision
• Once the application for assistance has been approved we will provide the  company with an irrevocable letter of approval form the DTi.

The majority of exhibitions represented by R&A in the Middle East, are sold out at the present exhibition or a month after the bookings open.  R&A book a minimum of 100 sqm at each exhibition, firstly ensuring our clients of a stand at the exhibition and secondly to have all South Africans together in one exhibition hall with the necessary branding.

Once a company have decided to exhibit at a specific exhibition, R&A will assist in choosing a the best possible available stand that meet the requirements and needs of the client.

We would help the client in selecting furniture and other requirements for his stand,  or if the client wants a specialised standbuilder, we could introduce him to various  standbuilders in the Middle East.  

• Travel Arrangements
   
  R&A also do group and individual bookings for exhibitors.  These bookings include the following:
• Return Air Tickets between Johannesburg and the Exhibition City
• Hotel Accommodation in a 3 or 4* hotel on a bed a breakfast basis
• transfers between the airport and the hotel
• Visa - all South African traveling to the UAE require a passport
• Transfers between the hotel and exhibition centre.

• Freigh Logistics:
  
  We would put the client in contact with freight companies approved by DTI for Handeling your freight to the exhibibition.  These companies specialise in exhibition freight.  R&A will co-ordinate between the freight company and the client to ensure that the freight is on time at the exhibition and on the stand on the day of build-up. The client is welcome to use his own freight agent, and R&A will then provide the agent will all the nessary freight documentation and contacts.
